1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients’ needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill or offer direct payment plans. We do offer the following options for assistance with payment: ScratchPay and Care Credit.
2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX), ScratchPay, Care Credit, and cash.
Insurance For Your Pets
Another popular option for your family and pet is insurance coverage. Most insurance plans offer reimbursement to the owner rather than paying the veterinary hospital. Please be advised that while you may have pet insurance you are still responsible for costs incurred while your pet is being examined by one of our wonderful doctors! Reimbursement is between you and your insurance provider.
